ESG

The development of Brazil's infrastructure sector is essential as it significantly contributes to overcoming economic and social challenges.

ESG

ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) performance is strengthening as the greatest corporate contribution to new, balanced, sustainable forms of operation that improve the quality of life for Brazilians, generating wealth and opportunities. We have been working for the country’s development for over 60 years, committed to expanding our reach to meet Brazil’s needs. Therefore, we seek solutions for different scenarios, combining the best on the market, and relying on the initiative, creativity, and expertise of our teams and external partners.
The concept is already a reality in the companies that make up Equipav’s investment portfolio.
The investments in infrastructure aiming for sustainable development are still a work in progress, which involves a significant effort in persuasion, and in which the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN, established in 2015, play a part.

It’s easy to see that the matter of infrastructure, in the end, permeates all the goals, even though there’s only one direct mention of the term “infrastructure” in the list of SDGs, under number 9 – Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization, and foster innovation.

Driving the world and Brazil forward while preserving the planet for future generations is undoubtedly a colossal challenge. However, the tools and resources to make this scenario a reality exist. Governments and businesses play a pivotal role in untangling this knot – and on our end, Equipav is ready to play its part.
